  It is so sad, very sad. Since TWC became Spectrum my internet bill has been nothing but a mess!. They'd send me my bill with extra charges , for this and that 3 months straight! And when I call them to straighten it up, they'd tell me they apologize for the errors, etc. Then they still do it. It's like they just want me to pay extra each month too see if they can get away from it by me not checking the bill and just write a check. So sad and so wrong! I just can't imagine other people who gets in the same situation but either they don't pay attention to their bill and just pay spectrum or just don't bother or doesn't have idea how to fix this. It's so wrong. Hope this will not happen to me again, even more so to others.

  The guys here will straight up lie to your face to earn a penny.
  I have a bulk account at the apartments, and from order entry over the phone to picking up the equipment at this store, I was very specific about only receiving what is included in the bulk account. I specifically asked the representative at the store "how many boxes are included without extra cost?" He confirmed that two boxes were included. I am now stuck paying for 2 months worth of extra box fees. Heads up everyone!

  Zero customer etic. Downright rude and nasty. Technical support is zero support they have no customer support or patience. You pay line maintenance with each bill and after 15 yrs call to have your line checked out and they want to charge you f visit even though you’ve had no one out in 15 yrs . What the hell is line maintenance fee for . The rudeness of the staff is beyond rateable zero would be too generous.

  Worse internet service you can get. Speed doesn't match with the speed you are paying for also very unstable. if you like streaming and games. Not recommend at all.
