  I’ve tried plenty of bubble tea places and I have to say there is none like BOBA LAND! My favorite flavor from them is the coffee but all flavors are great

  Great place with a small store front. However it seems the locals all know about the place and they're kept pretty busy!!
  
  The couple that runs it are nice folks. The drinks are pretty good. They can be sugary, but they taste great and you can't really blame anybody but yourself! It is a bubble tea place after all.
  
  It's curious how such a fob Chinese thing is now also Korean right!?
